SHIPPING COVERAGE

We ship to all 50 states in the United States.


PROCESSING TIME

Standard Products: 5-10 business days
Custom/Made-to-Order Products: 15-30 business days (depending on specifications)

Processing time begins after payment is confirmed and does not include shipping transit time.


DELIVERY TIME

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing (available for select items only)

Total Delivery Estimate:

  • Standard products: 12-24 business days from order date
  • Custom products: 22-44 business days from order date

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We partner with trusted carriers including:

  • DHL Express
  • UPS
  • USPS
  • Regional freight carriers for large items

All shipments include tracking numbers for your convenience.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping method selected

Large or custom items may require freight shipping. We'll contact you with a quote before processing.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • Carrier information and estimated delivery date
  • Real-time tracking updates

Track your order anytime at the carrier's website using your tracking number.


DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Upon Delivery:

  1. Inspect the package immediately before signing
  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  3. Take photos if damage is present
  4. Sign with notation if package appears damaged

If you're not home:

  • Carriers may leave packages at your door (signature may be required for high-value items)
  • You can arrange to pick up at a carrier facility
  • Contact the carrier to reschedule delivery

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not refuse the package
    • accept it and note damage on receipt
  2. Take photos of the damage and packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at sales@lt7online.com or (626) 421-1561
  4. We'll file a claim and arrange replacement or refund

If your package is lost:

  • Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days
  • We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment
  • Replacements or refunds issued after carrier investigation

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
